Common Questions

Does Verizon High Speed Internet require Verizon home phone service?

NO. Verizon DSL does not require home phone service. You can use a mobile phone, VOIP, or have no phone service at all. However, if you want to get the maximum savings, you'll need Verizon home phone service. For example the $17.99/month price and price guarantee is only available with new or existing Verizon home phone service. Without home phone service the same plan is $19.99/month and is only guaranteed for one year. Obvioulsy the Triple Play deal would not be a triple play without home phone service, so it does require Verizon home phone service.

What channels to I get with Verizon Triple Play?

Verizon Triple Play includes TV service provided by DirecTV. There are few different service options, depending on the bundle you choose. The $74.99/month bundle includes the DirecTV Choice package. To determine the actual channels included in your package, see here: DirecTV Channel Lineup

Will I need to buy equipment or pay for installation for DirecTV service?

NO. With Verizon Triple Play, you can get free standard installation of a DIRECTV System in up to 4 rooms of your home. This includes a satellite dish and up to 4 leased standard receivers. There is a lease fee of $6.00/month for each reciever after the first. A 2-year programming commitment is required to receive the free installation included up to four receivers.
